What is your return policy?

At JOYTOAST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Regular price items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for an exchange  or store credit

We can not process returns/exchanges after the 15 days. We are unable to refund any original shipping charges/processing fees. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.

Can I exchange an item?

Items can be exchanged in unused, unworn condition with tags still attached. To ensure you order the right size, please reference our size charts, fit information, or reach out to us before placing your order We are happy to help you choose the right size. Please email us at to begin an exchange. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free first class shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. For orders over $100, we offer free priority shipping within the United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost which you can view at Checkout. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed in addition to the displayed shipping time. 

International Shipping Policy:

We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers around the world. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

To place an international order, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and follow the prompts to check out. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your country and enter your shipping address.

Our international shipping rates are based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the estimated shipping cost by adding your items to your cart and entering your shipping address. Please note that the actual shipping cost may vary depending on the final weight and dimensions of your order.

We use USPS for international shipments. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing. You can track your order by logging into your account on our website or by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost Packages:

JOYTOAST is not responsible for packages once they are shipped. If a package has been lost or stolen, please file a report with your local postal service.
